הצהרת פרטיות PixelMover

1. כללי

1.1. אתר PixelMover.Design (להלן: "האתר") מופעל על־ידי בעליו (להלן: "המפעיל").
1.2. הצהרה זו נועדה לפרט כיצד נאסף מידע אישי על המשתמשים באתר, כיצד נעשה בו שימוש, וכיצד נשמרת פרטיות המשתמשים.
1.3. השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאי הצהרת פרטיות זו. אם אינך מסכים למדיניות זו, הינך מתבקש שלא להשתמש באתר.

2. סוגי מידע שנאסף

2.1. מידע שמסופק על־ידי המשתמש: שם מלא, כתובת דוא"ל, מספר טלפון, כתובת למשלוח, ופרטי תשלום (כפי שיידרש לצורך ביצוע רכישה).
2.2. מידע טכני: כתובת IP, סוג הדפדפן, מערכת הפעלה, נתוני שימוש וסטטיסטיקה.
2.3. מידע הנאסף לצרכים שיווקיים: רישום לניוזלטר או למערכת דיוור.

3. שימוש במידע

3.1. המידע שנאסף ישמש למטרות הבאות:

  • מתן שירות וביצוע הזמנות.

  • אספקת מוצרים דיגיטליים ופיזיים.

  • יצירת קשר עם המשתמש לצורך שירות ותמיכה.

  • שליחת הודעות שיווקיות, דיוורים וניוזלטר (בכפוף להסכמת המשתמש).

  • שיפור חוויית המשתמש באתר וניהול סטטיסטי פנימי.

4. העברת מידע לצדדים שלישיים

4.1. המידע האישי לא יימסר לצדדים שלישיים אלא במקרים הבאים:

  • לצורך ביצוע תשלום דרך חברות סליקה חיצוניות.

  • לצורך משלוח מוצרים באמצעות חברות שילוח.

    4.2. האתר עשוי לעשות שימוש בשירותי צד ג’ כגון Google Analytics לצורך ניתוח פעילות האתר.

5. שמירת מידע ואבטחה

5.1. המפעיל נוקט באמצעי אבטחה מקובלים כדי להגן על המידע האישי של המשתמשים.
5.2. עם זאת, אין אבטחה מוחלטת, והמפעיל אינו יכול להתחייב לכך שהמידע לא ייחשף במקרה של חדירה בלתי חוקית או אירועים שאינם בשליטתו.

6. Cookies וקבצי מעקב

6.1. האתר עושה שימוש בקובצי cookies ובטכנולוגיות דומות לצורך תפעול שוטף, שיפור השירות, התאמת תוכן אישי ואיסוף נתונים סטטיסטיים.
6.2. המשתמש יכול לשנות את הגדרות הדפדפן שלו כדי לחסום cookies, אולם ייתכן שהדבר יפגע בחוויית השימוש באתר.

7. דיוור שיווקי וניוזלטר

8.1. כל משתמש רשאי לעיין במידע שנשמר אודותיו, לבקש לתקנו או לבקש את מחיקתו ממאגרי האתר, בכפוף להוראות כל דין.

9. שינויים במדיניות הפרטיות

9.1. המפעיל רשאי לעדכן מעת לעת את הצהרת הפרטיות.
9.2. עדכונים ייכנסו לתוקף מיד עם פרסומם באתר.

10. דין וסמכות שיפוט

10.1. על הצהרת פרטיות זו יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל בלבד.
10.2. הסמכות הבלעדית בכל מחלוקת הנוגעת לפרטיות או שימוש במידע באתר תהא נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב–יפו.
